Summer Fitness Classes

Your health is not only important to you, but it's also important to us!  That is why at Champions Run we offer a variety of both FREE and paid fitness classes throughout the course of the year.  We love to offer even MORE classes during the summer months.  Look at the calendar below for classes!

FREE Pool Side Yoga (Memorial Day-Labor Day) No Yoga 3rd or 5th of July

Mondays 6:30pm

Tuesdays 7:15am

Thursdays 7:15am


Calm, relaxed, and powerful yoga.  The summer of 2018 will be the best one yet as Champions Run and Lotus House of Yoga partner to offer you another beautiful year of yoga.  We have innovative new sessions in store as we will focus on healing, strengthening and positive vibes for your mind and body!


Second and Fourth Sunday every month on the Range


Work to lower your score, stay focused and hit longer drives by using the practice of yoga.  Breath, stretch, and strengthen with posture that you can bring on the green with you.  This practice will compliment your golf game and take it to the next level.  No experience necessary.


Mondays in May and June 6-6:30

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 

Classes are FREE For members.  Guests are welcome to attend.  Limited Spots available, first come first serve.
