CHAMPIONS RUN JUNIOR TENNIS CLINICS SUMMER 2024

In case of inclement weather, you will receive an email message one hour prior to the start of the clinic or call the Pro Shop at 402-932-1505.

 

▪ Cancellations due to rain will be rescheduled for the following Monday at regular clinic times.

▪ Clinics will be prorated by the week only. Scott must be notified (402-321-3076 or

charlesorlando22@yahoo.com ) of any absences no later than May 21st, 2024.

 

There will be

no prorating after this date. NO CLINICS WILL BE HELD ON JULY 4TH.

Session 1 May 28-June 27 (5 weeks) Session 2 July 2- August 6 (5 weeks)

PeeWees (Ages 4-6)

Children will learn the basics of the game while having a blast at the same time. This is a great way to be introduced to the game of tennis.

Tuesday/Thursday 10:00-10:30 AM $85

 

 

Rising Stars (Beginner level, all ages)

New players will work on the fundamentals of the game. All basic strokes will be covered.

Tuesday/Thursday 10:30-11:30 AM $140

 

 

Junior Aces (Advanced Beginner to Intermediate; Ages 7-12)

This clinic will focus on the preparation to play a “real” game. Stroke technique, court positioning, and scoring will be emphasized. Participants should have had at least one beginner’s clinic. Class includes league play on Wednesdays.

Teen Tennis (Beginner level for 12 and older)

This is an opportunity for teens to pick up tennis, a lifetime sport. Tennis basics will be introduced, giving the participants the skills and confidence to advance to the next level.

Tuesday/Thursday 12:30-1:45 PM $180

 

 

Grand Slammers

This clinic is for those juniors who can rally behind the baseline and serve consistently. Emphasis will be on developing direction of shots and point strategy. Includes Wed. Match Play.

Clinic: Tuesday/Thursday 12:30-1:45 PM $260

Match Play: Wednesdays 12:30-1:45 PM

 

 

Excellence Group/Junior Interclub Team

This clinic is for those juniors who are playing year-round or have participated regularly in summer clinics. This clinic will be great preparation for high school tennis and/or tournament play. The clinic includes Interclub play on Fridays.

Clinic: Tuesday/Thursday 1:45-3:00 PM

Match Play: Wednesdays 1:45-3:00 PM

Interclub Match Play: Fridays 12:00-2:00 PM Cost: $330

Youth Pickleball (New)* Mondays: 10:30-11:30AM June 3-June 24

Saturdays: 9:00-10:00 AM June 1-June 22

*Youth Pickleball is $90 for the session, 4 weeks
